What You’re Getting

This is raw shilajit resin in its natural form: dark, sticky, and strong-smelling. If you’ve only seen the neat, odourless stuff sold in capsules online, this will look and feel different. That’s because it hasn’t been diluted, powdered, or mixed with fillers to make it “presentable.”

We source it directly from collectors in upper Himachal Pradesh, at altitudes where the resin seeps naturally from between rocks during warmer months. It comes to our store in Mohali with nothing added and nothing removed.

How to Use

Take a pea-sized amount (roughly 300–500mg), dissolve it in a glass of warm water or warm milk, and drink it once daily — ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. It dissolves completely in a few minutes. The taste is strong and earthy; that’s normal.

One 10g jar lasts roughly 20–30 days at this dosage.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t add fulvic acid powder to bulk it up. We don’t heat-process it into a smooth paste. We don’t put it in capsules. What you see in the jar is exactly what came out of the mountain — cleaned of debris, nothing else.

Storage

Keep the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Shilajit resin doesn’t expire quickly — shelf life is 4–5 years when stored properly. Use a dry spoon every time; moisture in the jar can cause it to soften.
