We believe in liberal consumer policy. We also understand that sometimes you have to cancel the order if you face any issue related to the product. But please note that the order will only be considered canceled if you do it before dispatch.
Exchange and Return Policy
We provide the highest quality products as we do various quality checks to ensure each of our products has top-notch quality. But if you encounter any issues, we are here to help. You can exchange or return under the following conditions:
- In case the product is missing in the box.
- If the product has a defect.
- If the product is broken or damaged at the time of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We believe in a simple and easy returns policy that you can follow easily to initiate a return/exchange. Therefore we accept returns within 5 days of the delivery of your order. - Contact Customer Service: Our team is available 24 x 7 to assist you so you can reach out to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. Then you have to provide your order number and describe whatever issue you are facing.
- Provide Proof: In case you want to cancel the order, it must be before the shipment of the purchase. If you are eligible then must provide proof of the issue that supports the reason you are claiming. This proof could include photos, videos, or other relevant proof that supports your claim.
- Return Authorization: After you successfully provide the required proof, our team will review and approve your request within 1-2 business days. After this process, you will receive a Return Authorization guideline and instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the Product: After our teams approve your return/exchange, you need to carefully pack the product and ship it back to us(consider the points mentioned above. The thing you have to note here is that you need to ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive the product from you, our team will check the product to ensure it’s not damaged/broken because of bad/improper packaging. After our team passes it we will refund your amount back to your original payment method. The thing to note here is that shipping charges are not refundable.
