Organicbevy’s A2 Cow Ghee is made from the pure milk of cows raised on organic farms in the foothills of the Himalayas. Our Ghee is made using the traditional method of our ancestors. This method involves bringing the milk to a boil and setting it to cool while adding a small amount of natural starter. It is then left overnight to make curd which is then slowly churned into butter using the “Bilona” method of clockwise and anticlockwise rotations.
